Some graph shows children’s
average height in Japan is gradually taller than 1950s. And, the researchers said one of the main
reason is that a cup of milk is served with everyday school-provided lunch
during primary school time. They also
mentioned the dairy products such as milk encourages to produce calcium, and as
a result it is easier for kids to get taller.
However, it is
myth. The truth is that plenty of food
affects the result. Because, Japanese
did not have enough food to grow after WWⅡ, but now we can
access them everyday, everywhere. What we
need to be a taller is nutritious meal.
