How to Relax
When I feel tired, I just lie on the bed and do whatever I like. Sometimes I watch YouTube, movie, listening music, singing, dancing (just moving my legs), drinking tea or eating snacks. Maybe many people think that is so dirty to do because bed is the place we sleep in, but for me, bed is the place I really like and spend a lot of time during a day. If you lie on the bed, you can relax both mind and body. In addition, no one can see me, so I don’t have to care about others. I like listening to music when I am getting a car. If you open the wind to feel wind and listen to music which you like, you can feel happiness and safe. In addition, sometimes I take a bath for a long time. Maybe it is because I am a Japanese. I would like to take a bath after going back to Japan because taking a bath enables me to release tiredness and I can fall asleep very well. Sometimes I turn off the light while taking a bath because I can relax more. I recommend those way to relax.

Sound great! On weekend, I often lie down on huton, watching Youtube all day long. This is one of the best way to spend time.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, inside the bed is really comfortable. I sometimes do my homework in the bed, and get up with the blank pages in the morning.
