How I Relax

I usually go to bed and sleep a lot to relax. By sleeping a lot, I don't need to focus on what I'm worrying about and I
can feel refreshed when I get up. Also, I like to eat some snacks. It really relieve my stress because when eating snacks I can clear my mind.

  3. Actually, I am quite interested in what kind of snacks you are like most to enjoy. Chips? Ice-creams? Or Chocolate bars?

  5. I love sleeping! You can try muesli bars during the stay in NZ! they are quite good.
