I usually go to bed and sleep a lot to relax. By sleeping a lot, I don't need to focus on what I'm worrying about and I

can feel refreshed when I get up. Also, I like to eat some snacks. It really relieve my stress because when eating snacks I can clear my mind.
Sleeping and eating snacks a lot will make you gain weight. So, please be careful!!
